Resumo: Este artículo presenta una revisión de los modelos pedagógicos que tradicionalmente se han usado en la formación del profesional de enfermería de la Escuela Nacional de Enfermería y Obstetricia de la Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM) y también presenta cómo esos modelos han infl uido en las características del ejercicio de la profesión. El modelo enseñanza-aprendizaje se ha venido presentando en diversas modalidades, como la tradicionalista, la conductista y actualmente, se pretende que sea constructivista. Finalmente se puede concluir en el presente escrito que a través de la historia de la enfermería se puede observar que el patrón curricular está orientado al desarrollo de habilidades manuales y procedimentales en los que los alumnos, desde el nivel preescolar hasta el superior, conservan un enfoque educativo tradicional con el que se ha formado la mayor parte del personal de la salud. Consecuentemente este modelo educativo genera la pasividad del alumno resaltando la autoridad y el poder del profesor como poseedor del conocimiento

This article presents a review of pedagogical models that traditionally have been used in professional formation of nurses from the National School of Nursing and Midwifery (ENEO) of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) and how these models have infl uenced the characteristics of the practice of the profession the teaching learning model has been presented in different modalities, such as traditionalist, behavioral and currently intended to be constructive. Finally it can be concluded in this paper is that through the history of nursing can be seen that the curricular pattern is oriented to the development of manuals and procedural skills, where students from preschool to upper retain a traditional educational approach which has trained the majority of the health care personnel. Consequently this educational model generates student passivity highlighting the power and authority of the teacher as the possessor of knowledge

Resumo: Introducción: las intervenciones educativas (IE) dirigidas al cuidador primario (CP) se tornan efectivas para la adopción de estilos de vida saludables al fomentarse el autocuidado, el cambio de conductas nocivas para la salud, la prevención y el tratamiento de síndromes agudos, así como en el aprendizaje de habilidades asociadas al cuidado. Su implementación es frecuente, sin embargo en ocasiones se omiten aspectos fundamentales en su desarrollo. Objetivo: analizar la producción científica de las IE dirigidas al CP a partir de los componentes utilizados para describir la calidad de las intervenciones educativas: estructura, proceso y resultado. Métodos: de acuerdo con los lineamientos de la declaración PRISMA se realizó una búsqueda a través bases de datos especializadas como: Pubmed, Scielo, Biblioteca Virtual en Salud, Biblioteca Digital UNAM, Cochrane, Medigraphic e Imbiomed. Se utilizaron los términos DeCS: Estilo de Vida, Autocuidado, Cuidadores, Intervención Educativa y Estudio de Intervención; así como los términos MeSH: Life-style, Selfcare, Caregivers y Health Cate Educational Interventions. Se seleccionaron publicaciones sobre IE para mejorar el autocuidado y/o estilos de vida del CP, de acceso libre a texto completo, publicados desde enero 2014 a noviembre 2018 en español, inglés y portugués. Se analizaron 21 investigaciones. Resultados: el 66% de las IE no mencionan la teoría desde la que dan sustento a su acción educativa, la práctica educativa fue de tipo unidireccional controladora tecnológicamente. Se observó que el 100% de las IE son efectivas. Conclusiones: la mayor parte de las IE son efectivas, sin embargo no fue posible identificar en gran parte de estas los aspectos fundamentales para su desarrollo, replica o evaluación.

Introduction: Educational interventions (El) aimed at the primary caregiver (CP) become effective for the adoption of healthy lifestyles by promoting self-care, changing harmful behaviors for health, prevention and treatment of acute syndromes, as well as in learning skills associated with care. Its implementation is frequent, however sometimes fundamental aspects are omitted in its development. Objective: To analyze the sdentific production of Els directed to the CP based on the components used to describe the quality of educational interventions: structure, process and result. Methods: According to the guidelines of the PRISMA statement, a search was conducted through specialized databases such as: Pubmed, Scielo, Virtual Health Library, UNAM Digital Library, Cochrane, Medigraphic and Imbiomed. The DeCS terms used were: Lifestyle, Self-care, Caregivers, Educational Intervention and Intervention Study; as well as the MeSH terms: Life-style, Selfcare, Caregivers and Health Care Educational Interventions. Publications on El were selected to improve the self-care and or lifestyles of the CP, with free access to full text, published from January 2014 to November 2018 in Spanish, English and Portuguese. 21 investigations were analyzed. Results: The 66% of the El do not mention the theory from which they sustain their educational action, the educational practice was technologically controlling unidirectional type. It was observed that 100% of El are effective. Conclusions: Most of the El are effective, however it was not possible to identify in a large part of these fundamental aspects for their development, replication or evaluation.

Se emplearon métodos del nivel teórico, empírico y estadístico con procedimientos matemáticos, para medir la variable actuación de estudiantes y profesores se utilizó la escala de Siempre, Algunas Veces y Nunca para estudiantes y de nada, poco, En Alguna Medida, Bastante y Mucho para los profesores(AU)

Resumo: Introducción: El proceso de profesionalización de los docentes de Ciencias Médicas en general y de los que laboran en el Instituto de Medicina Tropical (IPK) Pedro Kourí desarrolla las competencias en el desempeño profesional pedagógico. Objetivo: Proponer las competencias para el desempeño pedagógico en el contexto de actuación de los profesionales del Instituto de Medicina Tropical Pedro Kourí. Material y Métodos: Se emplearon los métodos histórico-lógicos, la revisión documental posibilitó estudiar las variables indicadores en la caracterización inicial (2004) y en la validación final (2014) desde la evaluación institucional y la sistematización. Resultados: En la Educación de Postgrado en el IPK, y como parte de su evaluación, utiliza un enfoque cercano al ser humano, que se contrapone a otras posiciones desde el proceso de profesionalización para el mejoramiento del desempeño profesional pedagógico de los docentes de la Educación Médica, elemento que en la organización académica tiene un papel importante. Como parte del proceso se organizan, planifican, ejecutan y evalúan los objetivos de la actividad pedagógica profesional, así como los niveles de profesionalización logrados en la educación permanente y continuada, que refleja la competencia del sujeto. Conclusiones: La evaluación institucional de la educación de postgrado en el IPK, desde la gestión académica, se convierte en el referente necesario, es instrumento y es proceso, para el desarrollo del desempeño pedagógico en el contexto de actuación de los profesionales del Instituto de Medicina Tropical Pedro Kourí(AU)

Introduction: The professionalization process of both the teaching staff of Medical sciences in general, and the professionals who work in Pedro Kourí Institute of Tropical Medicine, develops competences in the pedagogical professional performance. Objective: To present competences for the pedagogical performance in the context of acting of professionals of Pedro Kourí Institute of Tropical Medicine (IPK). Material and Methods:Historical-logical methods were used; the documents review facilitated the study of the indicator variables in the initial characterization (2004) and the final validation (2014) from institutional evaluation, and systematization. Results: Postgraduate Education in the IPK uses an approach closer to the human being as part of its evaluation, which opposes other positions from the professionalization process. It improves pedagogical professional performance of the teaching staff in Medical Education, and has an important role regarding academic organization. The objectives of the professional pedagogical activity are organized, planned, implemented, and evaluated as part of the process, as well as the professionalization levels achieved in continuous and permanent education, which the competence of the person reflects. Conclusions: Institutional evaluation of postgraduate education in the IPK becomes a necessary referent from academic management; it is both instrument and process for the pedagogical performance in the context of acting of professionals in Pedro Kourí Institute of Tropical Medicine(AU)

Resumo: El inicio de la pedagogía reeducativa se produce en España a finales del siglo XIX, a partir de la fundación de la Congregación de Religiosos Terciarios Capuchino, quienes durante el siglo XX realizan una intervención de carácter más científico, apoyados en la Psicología Experimental. Luego de extenderse por varios continentes hasta llegar a Colombia, donde los Terciarios inician su labor profesional con la Escuela de Trabajo San José, antiguamente Casa de Menores del departamento de Antioquia. En esta imparten unos cursos especializados de Psicopedagogía, como producto de su intervención científica en España. Estos cursos van tomando forma hasta servir como capacitación de los educadores de reeducación y docentes de las instituciones educativas oficiales y posteriormente evolucionan hasta proponer una formación de educación superior, dando paso, a la creación de la FUNLAM con la Licenciatura en Pedagogía Reeducativa como programa fundante.

The beginning of reeducational pedagogy occurs in Spain at the end of the 19th century, from the foundation of the Congregation of Capuchin Tertiary Religious, who during the 20th century made a more scientific intervention, supported by Experimental Psychology. After extending over several continents until arriving in Colombia, where the Tertiary begin their professional work with the San José School of Labor, formerly House of Minors of the department of Antioquia. In this they teach specialized courses in Psychopedagogy, as a product of their scientific intervention in Spain. These courses are taking shape to serve as training for reeducation educators and teachers of official educational institutions and subsequently evolve to propose a higher education training, giving way, to the creation of FUNLAM with the Bachelor of Reeducational Pedagogy as a founding program .

Resumo: This paper is devoted to the pressing issue of obtaining professional education by persons with disabilities and limited health capacities in the inclusive context, which is a factor in their successful socialization. Adaptation to studying at a higher education institution is a difficult task for many students with special educational needs. The purpose of the experimental study is to look into the characteristics of adaptation to the educational process of a pedagogical university in undergraduate students with disabilities and limited health capacities, to identify the reasons for their under-performance in educational activities and to develop recommendations for overcoming them in the process of educational and methodological support. The object of the study is the process of educational adaptation of students with disabilities and limited health capacities at university. The obtained data indicate the need for educational and methodological support for the education of students and the development of methodological recommendations for adaptation of educational material and teaching methods for students with disabilities and limited health capacities, which have, in turn, been performed by the authors. In view of the results of the analysis of scientific research on the problem of teaching people with disabilities and limited health capacities at higher education institutions, as well as the features of self-organization of students of this category that have been identified during the experiment, it is necessary to build educational and methodological support for the educational process that would take these features into account. The recommendations developed by the authors regarding the adaptation of educational material and teaching methods for students and their implementation in the development of appropriate teaching material by university teachers in collaboration with specialists of the university resource teaching and methodological center will contribute to the development of self-organization skills in people with disabilities and limited health capacities and will ensure the activation of academic activity among such students, which will create the necessary conditions for their successful education.

Resumo: The relevance of this research is based on the fact that delayed psychoverbal development is very common is very common in modern children. The problems caused by delayed psychoverbal development accompany many pathologies connected with the development of the nervous system. Therefore, the issues of providing help and training to such children are becoming increasingly relevant both in Russian and foreign pedagogy. The article looks at some aspects of the vocal training technology used in work with children who have delays in psychoverbal development in order to improve the level of their cognitive and communicative skills, develop their thinking, speech, memory and empathy and overcome psychological difficulties. Research methods include theoretical works by Russian psychologists and a pedagogical experiment in vocal training of children with health problems.

Resumo: Problem and aim. Deviant behavior is not only an alarming phenomenon but also a multitude of social, pedagogic and psychological problems that threaten the society and that became particularly relevant for the young adolescents with intellectual disability. Therefore, the aim of the present article is to reveal the specifics of correctional and developmental work with such children that would provide appropriate interpersonal interaction in the adolescence and the further positive socialization. Methods. The presented study was conducted in three stages (exploratory-preparatory, experimental and control-generalizing stages) with the use of the Buss-Durkee Hostility Inventory. Results and discussion. The results showed that the predominant from of the deviant behavior was hostility and violence, as well as a tendency for addictive behavior. Diagnostics of the dominant indices of hostility and aggressiveness demonstrated that the aggressiveness index dominated in the majority of adolescents. The majority of adolescents had a very high or high level of indirect hostility and assault, along with suspicion. The correctional program provides correctional effect for the adolescents with low and medium level of proneness to the deviant behavior
